The Crunch

I don't know about you, but I'm starting to feel the crunch. It cost me more than $50.00 to fill up my Honda last week, and there doesn't seem to be any sign of things slowing down.

The rising cost of energy is making everything more expensive, and as much as I'd like to make some drastic changes in my home to more efficient appliances, I still have to pay for what I'm already using, and there isn't much left over to do that.

Home Improvement...

One of the creative presentations for the new contest here on Sweepstakes.com is $10,000 toward home improvement.

My family and I just bought a new home and it's funny that within four months, I already have a running list of improvements I want to have done.

First of all, I would love to take out the upstairs carpet and put done laminate flooring like Pergo.

Then, I would love to have a landscaper come and create a little oasis in the back yard. I've always dreamed of having a water feature with some koi or gold fish. And I would definitely spruce it up with some gorgeous outdoor furniture.
